| Cleaning Conditioning Section | to clean out the middle and small impurity from wheat/maize. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, wheat/maize was bitten by insect and so on. Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator and dampening. This section is to prepare for milling part and to protect the machinery as well. |
| Grinding Sifting Section | The second step, to mill the grain and separate the flour, bran and other by-product: (1) Mill: mill the grain to break the integrity by the roller moving (2) Sifter: to separate the flour, bran and other by-product, also separate large size and small size to ensure wheat flour quality. |
| Auto weight packing Section | The third step, the packing machine can be manual or automatic weighting and packing 1kg-50kg/bag, pp woven bag or woven bag. |

Packing Details :
1.We will pack the wheat milling machinery by the protect film inner, water-repellent plastic outside.2.The wood packing is necessary If send by less than a container.
3.The machine will fixed by steel rope in the container.
Make sure it is in good condition when arrived destination.

A:The wheat flour mill capacity below 100 ton/ day, delivery time is 20-25 days, flour mill capacity 200-300 ton/day deliver time is 40-50 days, Flour milling machine capacity 300-500 ton / day. delivery time 60-70 days.
